It's rather pointed in the final thought...and enjoyable...and short.

I think a nice benefit with living in the Urban Hellhole is that Sunday nights don't have to be...laundry, 60 Minutes, roast beef and staying in.

The nice part is that being neighborhood-bound doesn't limit your choices...which is nice!
